Megan Beachem
Miss Megan is excited for another amazing dance year! This will be Miss Megan’s fourth year at BPAC. She has been teaching dance for over 10 years and is always seeking to grow in her knowledge of dance education so that she may share that same knowledge with her students. She recently finished a Kinesiology and Implied Dance certificate through the National Dance Education Association and she can’t wait to apply that knowledge into her classes. Miss Megan has Bachelors of Arts in Dance from Meredith College. While her first love is ballet, she also enjoys teaching jazz, modern, and contemporary dance. Miss Megan also has an affection for cleaning dances. She sees the great value in making sure students use correct technique so that the dancer can perform efficiently and effectively. When Miss Megan isn’t teaching she enjoys reading, drinking lots of coffee, and playing disc golf.
